RETURN POLICY

*Extended return/exchange date limit for gift and holiday purchases (Jan.31st)

At Modern Eternity, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Return authorization must be requested within 21 days of your purchase date and the item(s) meet the return conditions:

 

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Original tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

 

 

* Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. * Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

* Please note items marked "FINAL SALE" and are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If there was a mistake on the part of Modern Eternity, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
* Returns to North East USA warehouse

 

How to return your purchase:

  1. Submit your return request through our     return portal   and proceed with the steps.
  2. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after delivery.

Exchanges

Currently we are unable to offer direct exchanges. You can return your order within 21 days of the purchase date  and place a new order for the product you would like to exchange it for.  Alternatively you may contact us at 514-908-7224 or support@moderneternity.com and our customer service team will place a new order.

 

During peak periods please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for processing of the return and refund. Peak periods include promotional weekends and holiday periods.

 

RETURN POLICY authorized retailers (including department stores):

 

Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. CANCELLATION:

If you want to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to cancel before it gets processed to ship.

If the payment has already been processed, we will refund your order.

Please advise us by email or telephone of your cancellation with the order number.
